We absolutely loved staying here, our hostess was lovely and cooked an incredible breakfast, especially the French toast!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and we’ll definitely be back.

Great host, the breakfast was nice. Thebathroom was super clean. The house is historical and beautiful. we enjoyed riding the bicycle and watching the horses.

Can highly recommend Yale Manor - great location, exceptional facilities and a smashing breakfast. My partner and i loved our stay here - huge shout out to Catherine and Phil and the rest of the team for a hugely enjoyable stay. P.S. - if you do book here be sure to use the lake house facilities. There's a BBQ, inflatables, sunloungers etc - enough for a lazy day's activities

Nice B&B with lovely people running it. Easy communication via text. The vibe is very relaxed where guests share dining tables for breakfast and free to roam the grounds. Good location for basing yourself to explore finger lakes - easy drive from the main town Geneva and close to the lake. They have a boathouse with some chairs outside for guests to enjoy. Hosts are accommodating and helpful with recommendations. I hadn't realised at the time of booking that our room had a separate bathroom across the hall (Owasco room), although this wasn't an issue as it was still for our private use and bathrobes are provided. Nice cooked breakfast (changes daily) with fresh juice on offer. Bed was comfortable, we generally slept well.
