Location was nice,right next to the ferry port and close enough to Yakushima airport. Room was super comfortable for myself as a single traveler. Local options for food near by - Panorama,Wakadaisho etc so good. Please note for dinner you will need to call each place and reserve a spot.

The breakfast was amazing, the sauna was good and we were able to rent all the hiking gear we needed in the hotel.

Best hotel on the island, you can hire walking equipment (very good quality), food was great and the room was stunning.

The room was comfy and zen! We stayed in the Namiomoto room and it was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Food was great too. There’s nothing else to do in Yakushima at night so being in a nice big room helped.
