I liked the way Matt showed us around the tipis and gave us a full tour. Beds comfy and warm, showers good and facilities are great.

We had a lovely experience at GreenWood Family Park, despite a challenging start. Due to a car accident on the A55, we couldn’t arrive on our original check-in day, but the incredibly kind and welcoming reception team went above and beyond to accommodate us, modifying our booking so we could start our stay upon arrival. The tipi accommodation was spotless and surprisingly comfortable, with clean toilets and a peaceful setting. The theme park itself was fantastic—our family especially loved the water slides and the mini roller coaster. It’s a great place for kids and adults alike to enjoy a fun-filled day.

The staff were super friendly, the location was perfect, peaceful and convenient for our trip to Mount Snowdon and the waterfront, the facilities had everything you’d need. We had a brilliant time.

Location and size of the Tipis excellent , Ellen extremely helpful and ensured we were greeted and shown all the amenities.
