The host was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us a lot of good recommendations. The kitchen had everything we coud use to cook our own meals and the pool area is very nice. We would definitely stay there again when we are in Xlendi.

From the beginning to the end of our stay in Villa Xemxija, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Josef was a superb host (as was Sky!) and the apartment was very clean with a great view. Josef recommended good restaurants and knew the area well, making everything very easy - taxis, buses etc. Xlendi is beautiful, and the villa is just a short walk from the harbour - barely 5 minutes. Thank you Josef! 100% recommend Villa Xemxija.

The location of the villa is wonderful, it sits just up the hill from Xlendi only a 5-10 minute walk down to the water front with all the restaurants and small local supermarket. The apartment was really spacious, the bed comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Josef was a great host and he gave us so many great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Loads of easy parking right outside the villa. The pool and area around the pool was really big and easy to relax while shared with the other apartments. Access to a good washing machine too which was ideal for a 10 day holiday.

The place was very confortable , bathroom all new. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. The owner very friendly!
