The homely feeling and convenience of location. Comfortable, simple, and the balcony wasn't essential but good to just open the door in the morning and let in some breeze. And I have to give the "I'm So Gay" fried chicken and fries shack downstairs a shout-out!! Was exactly what I needed upon arrival..😅 Some might find it difficult to find, so just look for the 711..keep going on the opposite side of the road and you'll see a almost hidden door/entrance next to the happy chicken guys, and you're there. Gmaps helps. Just screenshot your routes/property via street view. The bus 45 will get you close enough if you are coming from TC station, and a short walk to the property. And maybe once settled, you can enjoy listening to some calm relaxing Lofi via YT at breezy beats lofi channel 😊🎧 .

Really nice location and pretty clean room (thinking of what I paid, it was fair). Essentials furniture, pretty comfortable bed, nice to have the aircon also and pretty clean bathroom.
