Big and spacious room. Free snacks and drinks at the front counter. Welcome gifts were given too! Friendly staff and allowed us to store our luggages after check out.

I love the spacious well laid out and well designed room. The hotel staff keeps everything in the room so well maintained and clean . Love that the hot water for the bath ran well unlike some hotels . The staff were very helpful and tried their best to provide their guest with a happy stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift. And as I arrived at the hotel at 2am in the morning, the staff even made sure to hand us some snacks and juice. The location is great as well. Short walk to the train lines, the ancient city wall, the Old Market place. I'll definitely not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting Xian.

Modern and clean inside. Close-ish to South Gate. Coffee shop and supermarket near by. Easy to get taxi.

My stay could not have been more perfect! Honestly, the design of the rooms is one of the best I’ve stayed at - the rooms are so beautiful and stylish, the bath is so amazing and everything super clean. The girls from reception really made the stay perfect - they replied to all my questions super quickly and made sure my stay was as perfect as could be! Location also great. Really one of my favourite hotels Ive stayed in!
