My stay at Sofitel Xi'an on Renmin Square was excellent, and I only wish I had spent more time in Xi'an to enjoy both the city and the hotel even longer. The hotel offers beautiful, spacious rooms, and excellent facilities. The restaurant was excellent, with thoughtful vegetarian options, and the breakfast spread was outstanding with a wide variety and exceptional quality. What stood out most, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful, courteous, and happy to assist. I would especially like to recognize the concierge team, who were incredibly responsive and helpful even before my arrival, arranging things for me at very short notice with efficiency and care. Their support made the stay seamless and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent hospitality, and one I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Its a phntastic hotel wtith high quality facilities, trained staff, enormous breakfast. Best choise fora stay in Xian.
