Hing “Comfortable, clean and spacious room”

The room was spacious and clean. The beddings were comfortable. The service was excellent. Bottled mineral water was provided on daily basis. Even though it was next to the Big Goose Pagoda, and there was cultural fair and event every night, it was quiet in the room. The breakfast spread was good. I wish that they changed up the menu a bit.

Excellent service. The reception staff were professional and responsive, especially Lead Guest Service Moon, who provided exceptional help in purchasing train tickets and later assisted us by phone in resolving issues at the station. Without her support, it would have been much more difficult. Many thanks to her.
