Notice on Guest Registration:
Please kindly note that in order to convene the BRICS meeting, Xiamen municipal government departments require all relevant organizations to carry out safety management work. Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan will continue to strengthen and implement the registration policy, and all hotel guests are required to provide legal ID cards, while all members of MICE groups are required to register their real names and stay in their designated rooms. Participants need to promptly notify the front desk to update the registration information for room exchanges; visitors arriving at and departing from the hotel must complete the visitor registration form with the hotel security personnel. If participants do not notify the front desk of any room changes and the actual registration does not match, the hotel will retain the right to hold the relevant MICE group company responsible. The circumstances are serious, and the hotel will pursue economic losses and reputation compensation, as the visitor did not cooperate with the security personnel to perform the registration system. The hotel will retain the respondents or visitors to the relevant responsibility. Fully cooperating with government departments is the most important aspect of hotel safety management. The food selection was wonderful especially at breakfast, most of the staff understood English, facilities were clean and timings were appropriate especially for guests who work until late, easy access to the mall.
