Rosa and Antonio were very nice & helpful. The breakfast was great.....There was no shared kitchen as stated under facilities, we were able to keep some things in a fridge. There was no daily housekeeping. Great people, great location. Minor deviations from advertising

The attention of the hosts was wonderful! The rooms are right in front of the sea and there is a lovely terrace upstairs to enjoy breakfast and sunrise in Xcalak!

The host and her kids are lovely, they give you a warm welcome. The breakfast is great, every morning something different and fresh juices. The location is right in front of the ocean and a 5 minutes walk to nearby restaurants so that was great. Free parking in front of the building
