Outstandingly good. The hotel was excellent. The food in the evening and the breakfast was great and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Just a great stay.

This is a lovely historic hotel perfectly located in the heart of this charming little town. The hotel is very old and has been carefully modernised with attractive decor while still retaining period features. The restaurant and a separate private dining room looked very elegant. The beer keller in the basement also looked cosy and fun. Our room was in the attic with a sloping wall on two sides, but it was very spacious with everything we needed and a very nice shower room. We had an excellent (though not cheap) breakfast in the charming breakfast room.
