Great location, great staff, good food. The hot spring was excellent - my skin felt so great after a soak. Love the fact that dinner (along with breakfast) is included as it’s difficult to get dinner after 6. I would highly recommend this hotel to people staying in Wulai especially there are not a lot of selection in the area. Good value for money.

The staff were friendly and accomodation. The spa bath in the room was great. The women's spa facility was a great experience. The hot pot for dinner was delicious.

Hot pot as part of dinner and stay deal was excellent and convenient because nothing much was open in Wulai. The bath was great and the water came immediately when asked, view was epic but felt private. While you could hear the water go on in other rooms, otherwise pretty quiet and peaceful. Public baths available but didn’t use
