It is all great, spacious and clean room, two big bathtubs with spring water and a shower plus access to the great spa area opened all day and evening, I have spent my time in water relaxing. The breakfast was very nice too, trying out different meals and with some fresh fruit. I felt greatly greeted by the staff. I would definitely come back. If I have some mild cons, it would that it might be slightly noisy at night, but I guess it will be the same everywhere in Wulai. Going to the village is only a 10 minutes walk nevertheless there are no sidewalks but as every local you can walk on the side of the road and it is fine.

Super friendly and hospitable staff. Very nice room, loved the bath and spa facilities. Staff were very kind when we fell ill and accommodated our dietary needs. Loved the place and the people!

The place has a beautiful view and not far away from old street. The hotel provides simple breakfast and we ate it in the open air areas and enjoyed the nature. The staff is very friendly. After checking out as we walked toward the bus stop one of the staff found our face cream and ran after us to return it to us. 🥰🥰

It is conveniently situated by the roadside, just a 15-minute walk from the old street. The terrace with its lovely view of the waterfall is where we enjoyed our breakfast, which featured a variety of small dishes served hot. Additionally, the hot spring is clean and well-maintained.

The Japanese style room is very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the public hot spring is great.
