This place was a little gem and all the staff, especially Paul (the Manager) couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Our room was great - we had one of the upstairs rooms which do have a sloping ceiling on one side of the bed but nothing that impacts use of the room. There was a mini fridge with free bottled water, always a Godsend and a coffee maker. The rooms were really clean, and modern and surprisingly really quiet, as it's on quite a busy road. Paul showed us round the event spaces and I was amazed by the size of the place. It'd be great for any celebration or event. All in all a great stay.

Very nice contemporary decoration in room with an extremely comfortable bed. Great to have the fan and mini fridge in the hot weather too.

I've stayed here a few times and it's been wonderful, it's in a good location for me and the food is lovely in the restaurant. On this occasion I had a few minor issues with the room on arrival but the team were very apologetic and happy to sort them quickly with a very friendly and professional manner. I have not received customer service to that standard in years and I travel a lot! The service was exceptional. Thank you.
