The apartment itself and its location are excellent, with the town square just a short walk away, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the accommodation. We arrived early in the morning due to our flight schedule and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who informed us that check-in was at 3pm but kindly offered to store our luggage. When we returned at 4:20pm, we were met by a much less welcoming receptionist who stated she could not assist us and that we should have received a message with access details. No such message had been received, and I explained that we were waiting to access the apartment as check-in time had already passed by over an hour. After a considerable amount of back and forth, we eventually received the email containing the access codes for the apartment. I would also advise future guests to be aware of the towel situation. We booked and paid for four people but were only provided with three towels. When we requested additional towels, it took several hours for just one extra towel to be delivered. The receptionist who dropped it off advised us to collect more towels from the hotel reception the following day. When we did so, we were told that their policy is one towel per person. After raising concerns regarding health and safety — as we had no spare towels for the bathroom or a bath mat — we were finally provided with sufficient towels. Overall, the apartment and its location are great, but the customer service issues unfortunately put a damper on our stay and made the holiday more stressful than it needed to be.

The location is amazing, it’s right in the old town, so close to the sites and lots of food options. The beds were both comfortable & the room was clean and warm, with big windows to open for fresh air.

Minimalistic layout is great if only need a couch and bed

Good size, comfortable bed and couch, which sleeps two people. Location is convenient, close to cafes and stores. Parking was a bit difficult, we found a paid parking or you take the parking garage at hotel Dikul.
