The hotel was lovely and clean the staff were lovely. There was a slight mixup with the room but the staff were very polite and professional and helped us out. They also helped with us getting a taxi back to the airport on time

A pleasant hotel, room & bathroom quite spacious & clean. Plenty of free parking, convenient location, bar serving food all day was very helpful. Pleasant bar & Reception staff. Very smooth check-in. Good toiletries & towels in bathroom. Fair value for money, would come again, which we'll probably need to do in the next month or so, very sadly, due to our relative's health.

Fabulous room and size, needs little touch ups on tiles etc, and what is the no plugs by bed??? Brilliant reception gentleman and barman - professional and friendly. And curved shower rail - genius, travelled the world and not seen before...how? 👌👏

Our home team was playing Wrexham FC, so we booked this hotel in Wrexham as it was close to the Stok stadium. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It has a spa and pool facilities too. The restaurant is exceptionally good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. We would definitely recommend it.
