Located on the edge of Dartmoor, twenty minutes drive from Plymouth. Convenient for an overnight stop before catching the ferry abroad. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Dog friendly.

Large hotel out on the moors above the town. Good in every respect but the decor which badly needs updating. Fairly new management team presumably trying to build a good reputation before they can afford the update. I hope they do as they work to a high standard.

A beautiful location, close to the moors and to Plymouth. Very friendly, welcoming staff, a comfortable room and a super tasty breakfast. What more could you want?
