All the staff were friendly, helpful and communicative. The location was good and with a little bit of savvy you can park in the free parking zone 50 -100m away. Buses stopped just across the road or a 10 minute walk to the pier.

Location of the Burlington is fabulous 👌 opposite the beach, lovely sun terrace, breakfast full on, loads of choices, hot & cold food. Staff friendly & courteous, nothing too much trouble.
