Easy to access with the host's instructions. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, comfy bed, good Wifi, decent shower, parking right outside, easy to find. Was a great stopover - right on the A27 but couldn't hear any road noise. Very happy and will stay again if in area. Great value for money.

The place is wee but super comfortable for a solo traveller. I like the feeling of privacy and the wee outdoor table that I wish I'd made use of. It had a parking space, was super clean and the shower was lovely. I'll be booking again next time I'm in Worthing. Great value for money.

We loved the quiet, the comfy bed, the coffee, tea & biscuits and the shower. It was all very good. We will certainly use again when we come to visit our relatives!

We were attending a wedding in Highden Estate and it was only 15 mins taxi away! The room was cool and more spacious and private than I expected which was great. Check in was super easy- all done with door codes.
