Not happy that room was not cleaned on day 1.i.Explanation unacceptable. Someone had to be on call. Steps to high and uneven given our age.Very nice location..Breakfast menu would be great. Overall an average stay.

Very helpfull frontline staff. They offered to drop us off at the Mall at no extra cost (no UBER in the area)

The owners were welcoming, loving and caring. From the check-in process to check out everything was professional. Mountain view, private rooms equipped with its own entrance. Clean and well arranged spaces. Great personalized service and luxury lingerie. Eagles Crest offers great breakfast and homemade dinner. We really enjoyed our stay.
