Parking can be reserved and guaranteed for an additional cost of GBP 20.00 per car per day.Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is subject to availability by prior request with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check-in before 12:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).Late check-out between 11:00 and 14:00 is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check out after 14:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).When booking more than 10 bed nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply as cancellation policy is 28 days prior to arrival, after which payment is due and the booking becomes non-refundable.Food is served in the Star Bar or alternatively, in your room from 6.00pm - 9.00pm, Mondays to Thursdays. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer food after breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the team is happy to recommend eateries in the local vicinity.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good central location, bit noisy if you get a room at the front of hotel, breakfast was above average, beds a bit soft. Shower was excellent and our room was a really good size.

The staff were friendly and welcoming; the room was clean and comfortable; and the leisure facilities were very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Location is great for travelling into Cheltenham for the races. Handy for train station. Staff were very helpful

Easy to find - have stayed before. Room size was enormous. Amenities supplied in room - even had a safe. Car park at rear - easy to park and log in once in the hotel. Cinema a few feet away - to while away the time.
