The hotel is in a great location for the town,just a short walk. Very pretty location right by the river,with wonderful views from the terrace. Just a note for anyone with mobility issues,ask for a ground floor room,as the rooms cover 2 floors,&there isn’t a lift. Very quaint, with a lovely conservatory overlooking the river for breakfast & evening meals. All staff very pleasant,polite & helpful. Not too far to walk to the racecourse.

There should be more variety in food if you wish to eat an uncooked breakfast.Loved the location by the river.Comfortable room well appointed.
