This apartment has been recently purchased by owner & had a quick paint-over renovation for rental. Its unit 6, on 1st floor facing the "beach" which is suffering erosion issues, so only sandy at very low tide. It has 3 basic furnished bedrooms, an old renovated kitchen & small living room w cool breezes (there is no air conditioning) and even smaller balcony ( HINT: please throw away the 2 x broken balcony chairs! ). You can walk to a few local shops / expensive supermarket, but really need a car for access here. Old, clean, basic. Carpets need replacing. Not value for money.
