A warm welcome followed by a very peaceful stay. The cottage is well equipped with kitchen and bathroom clean and modern. Nicely situated for visiting local places of interest of which there are many.

The cottage was lovely and quiet. A nice enclosed garden for our little dog. The cottage was well equipped everything that you need in the kitchen. We walked along the river into the village and had a nice meal in the local pub. Also had a trip into Woodhall Spa and Horncastle. Highly recommended little retreat for a couple.
