The staff were lovely, especially Louise and the nice chap at the desk with the beard. Food was very nice and our room was perfect. Absolutely loved the grand nature of the building.

The venue and room exceeded my expectations. The venue hosts weddings and functions and I would imagine if your stay clashes with one of these the experience would be very different but my booking was on a Friday in April with no functions and consequently the venue was very quiet, the swimming pool although small was adequate and the water warm and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally large and very clean and comfortable. Overall an excellent stay and I would definitely go back but I would check if there's any functions on before booking.
