Communication with the host was always prompt and straightforward. They gave very helpful instructions to find the apartment and for check in. The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. A great location near the station, and no traffic or street noise in the apartment.

The location was great. The train station was quite close. There were quite a number of good eateries and a shopping mall all within walking distance from the apartment. It was less than an hour from Heathrow and for us quite ideal because we flew into the UK and we were dropping off our son at the University of Surrey.
