Ok By the time I had worked out everything and returned to my table the food was cold . The staff member didn't know what marmalade was! When we eventually found the dispenser it was empty. I pointed this out but nothing was done. A bit of training would help!

Cheerful welcome at Reception and overall decor gave a very pleasing introduction to the hotel. We had not stayed in this hotel before but we will certainly do so again. The room was a good size and very clean: very happy. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were most helpful in what was a pleasant dining area.

Very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Room was cold but in less than 5 mins an engineer was up and fixed it and gave us 2 oil filled radiators. Breakfast very satisfying and hearty. Lovely poached eggs on demand.
