Stayed in August. Loved the authenticity of the place. If you are looking for a cozy place full of character and an authentic Tatra Mountains feel, then this is the place!!! This is not a super modern accommodation but, comfortable and clean! This is the place for people who are visiting mountains because they love nature and the outdoors. Excellent location for exploring and hiking from Koscieliska and Chocholowska Valley. There is a local restaurant in the same building with food to die for (a great bonus)!! Fantastic hosts! Welcoming and always happy to help! Highly recommended!

We stayed at Zajazd Józef and it was the perfect choice! From the very beginning, we were charmed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and incredibly kind staff. A special shout-out goes to Ola – she truly made our stay unforgettable. Always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring, she had a wonderful way with children and made sure everything was just right for us. Our room was spacious and comfortable – ideal for a family. The inn is located in a peaceful, picturesque area near traditional shepherd’s huts, yet only a short drive from Kościelisko and Zakopane. The food was very tasty, the dining room cozy and atmospheric, and the large playground for kids was a big hit. Everything came together to create a fantastic experience – we’ll definitely be back!
