Staff were warm and welcoming. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of seating area to sit outside and enjoy the the surroundings.

The breakfasts were excellent with a good choice and ability to change what you wanted. The location is excellent, right on the River Thames and close to various attractions not too far away. Also not too from home.
