The owners have thought of everything - the property is very well equipped, with a welcome pack of milk, bread, orange juice, tea, coffee etc. It is small but comfortable and was perfect for our 2 night stay to attend a wedding at the nearby Caswell barn.

A lovely self contained unit that was like new. The facilities were excellent and the cleaning staff very friendly. The location for a wedding at Caswell House suited us as we were able to walk back to the barn at the end of the evening (25mins)

Perfect location for our destination to the Wilderness festival. Everything we needed for a short stay was already provided, even tooth brushes!

We were provided with a nice range of provisions which complemented what we already had. We agreed that the property was immaculately presented in a rather unusual location. We would willingly stayed a little longer as we didn’t explore the Witney area.
