Very safe and secure. Once we found it was easy to get back to. Bit tough in the dark but no real issue once we knew where the house was. Very smart inside and full equipped and beautifully designed. Awesome place

The cottage is lovely, very clean and with everything you might possibly need. We found a welcome box on arrival, which had treats and useful things like butter and jam, plus milk and a loaf of bread. A really thoughtful and lovely touch. The master bedroom (and bathroom) is beautiful, and the setting is idyllic. Loved our stay, we'll definitely be back.

We loved all the high quality features of this property, from decor, to the bedding and furniture, it was everything you’d want a cottage to be. Clean and crisp, spacious too. It was good for the mind, no clutter. Heating system was great, too! The property was also really private and very quiet, tranquil actually. Hosts were great, they gave us our privacy but at the same time we knew we could reach out for anything at all, they had it all perfect with a gorgeous welcome basket on our arrival. We felt looked after.

Our stay at the Groom’s Cottage was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the cozy and beautifully maintained cottage. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—a peaceful retreat while still close to wonderful places to explore. It was truly a memorable getaway, and we can’t wait to return.
