We had a really lovely stay at this cosy little cottage in Exmoor. It was clean, comfortable and warm — perfect for two people. The cottage felt private and peaceful, with its own garden and beautiful moorland surroundings. The nearby village has a handy grocery shop which made things easy. The owners were very thoughtful and left us some nice welcome bits like butter, bread, wine, milk, eggs, tea and biscuits, which was a really kind touch. A great spot for a quiet, relaxing break — we’d happily stay again.

The property was very comfortable, the bedroom was very spacious the bed comfortable. Upon arrival we were very happy with all the extras that were supplied in the kitchen, it was a lovely surprise. The kitchen has everything that’s needed and more. The bathroom was downstairs, but that didn’t worry us. There was parking available very nearby. We liked it that it was very rural, but not too far from the village.
