The hotel is very spacious, but during our stay it was not fully occupied, so we didn’t experience any inconvenience such as waiting for elevators or crowded dining areas. There is a lovely café near the reception with a water feature and fish, which is perfect for keeping children entertained while parents enjoy a coffee. I highly recommend the Pavlova dessert – it’s excellent. The architectural design of the space above the café is impressive, and it’s a very comfortable place to sit. The aquapark is definitely enjoyable. Although it could benefit from some renovation, based on previous reviews I expected worse and was pleasantly surprised. I would especially like to highlight the lifeguards – in the wave pool (which runs every 30 minutes), there were always two lifeguards present who were very attentive. Overall, there seemed to be three or four lifeguards in the pool area, and I genuinely felt they were alert at all times. The children’s playroom was the highlight of the day for my kids. At one point, they even chose it over the pools. I have never seen such a thoughtfully designed play area in a hotel – it truly feels like a paradise for children. Even parents occasionally joined in building with the soft blocks. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good, with a wide selection. I don’t quite understand some previous reviews mentioning limited choice – the variety was more than sufficient. I particularly appreciated the selection of microgreens, the excellent desserts, daily vegan hot dish (although we are not vegans), and especially the honeycomb, which was a real treat. The coffee in the dining area was not that good though... The only thing I really missed was a children’s buffet. In a hotel where many guests are families, this simply should be standard (simple options like rice, pasta, chicken nuggets, or Bolognese). I would also welcome more basic side dishes such as plain rice or boiled potatoes.

Great hotel in a lovely area, hotel was extremely clean with lots of food choices, but if your the type of person that only eats burger and chips etc you might struggle. You definitely won't be disappointed going here, wish we booked more days here.

I have choosen this hotel mainly because of our 2year old son. So has few amenities to kids such as: Baby cot, stairs for to reach the bathroom sink, kids pool (with warm water, approx 35C). What our son enjoyed was to run there and back between sand room (big sand room directly next to kids pool) and kids pool. The playground for kids at level 1 was very good (big and suits kids between 1-4years),also there is slightly smaller kids play area at level 2. Kids food provided at their kids restaurant - buffet (opening from 12-13:30 and after from 16:00-17:30), could be opened earlier as our son went to sleep at 12:00). There are always 2different soups to choose, main dish, veggies, desserts, pop corn, drinks, etc.
