I think the next door neighbours cam be an issue If there's aa rangers/celtic game on and are extremely loud/aggressive and foul mouthed. I appreciate that the owners can't control that or have any say in that, but maybe they are able to speak to the neighbours or make guests aware. The house was otherwise fine and exactly what I expected. One this I would suggest is guests have utensils in the kitchen to be able to cook with as apart from the very basic, bowls/plates and pans, there wasn't alot else which means having to go out and buy additional kitchen things to be able make meals at night time. It's fine If only there for a few days, but if your there for a week or two, having the ability to make dinner is nice.

Excellent value for money, about 25mins from centre of Glasgow and 45 mins from Edinburgh city centre No issues with beds, sofas, kitchen facilities. Heating, shower & bathroom facilities all worked perfectly in our stay - looks like they've fixed any issues that were brought up in previous reviews. Nice fast virgin media internet Smart TV in living room with Netflix & virgin tivo

The house was decorated to a nice standard. In a quiet location. The beds were clean and comfortable.
