Most of the staff was very friendly. The maintenance staff was not very helpful. I reported a problem and offered a copy of the ADA standards governing hotel room doors. They were not interested.

The staff is so polite personable and avvimafating. Especially who I am assuming is the manager. I didn’t get his name. He is anyways dressed professionally. Ie biw tie and makes you feel so special. I will be coming back and have told my veterans group about the facility since our post is across the street Thank you

The desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and the lady who did the breakfast were marvelous. I stayed for a full week and had time to chat with many of them, and this is a notably nice group of people. Pancake machine at breakfast was a delight for my kids, and I also liked the 24/7 coffee station. For us, the location was ideal. It’s maybe 2 minutes from the hospital and spitting distance from three giant grocery stores.
