The host was quick to respond and he gave me a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which I appreciated. The property is an older home that has been updated while still keeping the beautiful wide wood baseboards and door and window trim. The guest room was nicely furnished, spacious, and clean. There is a grocery store half a block away and a nice noodle house about a block past that. There was parking available off the street at the rear of the house.

The owners were very accomodating and helped me with my luggage upon arrival. There is a no-shoe policy inside the house, with a convenient and large shoe rack available at the front door. Having access to a kitchen was handy for meals and water. I was also able to store my luggage here and collect before my overnight bus to Thompson, which was very helpful! The bed was very comfortable and I had pleasant sleep here.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. I’ve stayed here several times. The price is reasonable and matches the quality.

The host was very accommodating both in terms of adjusting to my earlier check-in time and with some specific needs for my stay. I really appreciated that. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well kept.
