This accommodation offers excellent value for the price. The room is consistently clean and well-kept, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant room temperature of 72°F. The house is well-maintained, and the host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. The location is very convenient—close to Portage, where all essential amenities are easily accessible, including a bus stop with routes throughout the city. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The room is well-equipped for both short and extended stays. Additionally, street parking is available at night, so I never have to worry about reservations or availability. This is my tenth stay here, and I continue to be thoroughly satisfied each time. Highly recommended.
