Location was perfect,delightful to be able to sit by and walk along the river. Close to main attractions but away from tourists crowds. Staff were friendly and helpful and food appealing. Enjoyed my stay. Would stay again. Convenient to Heathrow Airport.

The room we were given 405 the bed springs were showing and was uncomfortable, the TV was no more than 20`` and for a 4 star hotel really poor. The bathroom looked as though had been refurbished with a shower over the bath, in this day a walk in shower should be fitted for safety. The breakfast and staff were excellent.
