The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was perfect for parking up and then being able to reach everywhere on foot. The views were fabulous. The apartment was immaculate and very well equipped. Some lovely touches. The beds were comfortable and the equipment was well stocked.

Absolutely stunning property fantastic location. River & castle views were beautiful. Lots of space for 4 adults & a child. Property had everything we needed. Location was outstanding. Excellently Decorated. Will definitely stay again & miss the place already.

Beautiful apartment, clean and modern. Nice to have some essentials to see you through the first few days - toiletries, teabags, dishwasher tablets etc. Location is perfect, just cross the road to be riverside, literally two minutes walk and you are on the main shopping street, a few more minutes to the theatre, Castle, shopping centres and railway stations, it couldn't be more perfect. We visited over new year so had wintery weather, unable to fully appreciate the balconies and the river views and nearby parks, which would be stunning in the summer months. Added bonus of have a free parking space. Paths crossed occasionally with other residents of the block who were friendly and welcoming. We experienced no negative sound or disruption overnight. Communication was always quick and clear. Highly recommended.
