You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the details provided in your confirmation.Guest will receive an online contract that must be completed along with government-issued photo identification before their arrival.The minimum age for making a booking is 25 years old.For all adult group bookings, each guest must be verified and at least 25 years old. To verify their age and identity, each guest in an all-adult group will be required to provide a photo ID, a selfie, and an address.A payment link will be sent for a £500 security deposit, which is fully refundable upon a satisfactory check-out inspection. Payment must be made at least 7 working days before check-in.Please note that quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.Clarence House does not accommodate parties, events, stag or hen groups, or any similar gatherings.Only verified guests can access the property; unauthorized guests outside of the booking are not allowed access to the premises or inside the property. Please be aware that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. For bookings longer than 7 nights, linen and towels are changed once a week. Additional changes can be arranged for a fee.Please remove your shoes indoors.No Animals Allowed. This property is pet-free.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Clarence House was absolutely perfect for our family weekend away. Stylishly decorated, with every utensil you might require. It was spotless throughout with clean towels and bed linens and situated a short walk from Windsor Castle. Superb communication from the owners.

The house was very clean and tidy, good instructions given by the Host and any questions i had were answered immediately . Location was perfect to walk into the town and Windsor castle. Would highly recommend and will be staying again when in Windsor.

Spent a long weekend with my family at this perfect house. It's absolutely fabulous in every way, and I would highly recommend it. Once booked, I felt very reassured and knew this would be straightforward due to the communication that I had received. ( Thank you, Hollie ) The location was perfect. 15 minutes walk, and you were in Central Windsor. Being able to park 2 cars very comfortably on the drive at Clarence house was again ideal. Clarence house itself was exceptional. Everything you could possibly need was at hand, along with open space to enjoy everyone's company. Bedrooms and bathrooms were both so very spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, the premises were spotless. We can't wait to rebook and return next year.
