The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. - Beautiful house, good social spaces, good lighting - Lots of bathrooms to suit 10 people - Short walk into central Windsor - Coop and pub within short walk - Parking (tight) for 2 cars in an area of mostly on-road parking permits for residents - Range of kitchen equipment - The heating was amazing, for such a big old house we were NEVER cold, what a treat! - 2 great big tellys, we didn’t use the dining room one but the lounge telly had internet streaming access

Grand Victorian House in an excellent location for exploring Windsor. Ideal house for a family gathering of three generations. A big plus having four bathrooms, including a family bathroom on first floor. The kitchen/dining room had a sofa in and was a very social space for breakfast and gathering before we went out to eat and explore Windsor. We liked the spacious rear lounge once we had got the under floor heating to work. Were very glad of the fan heaters, that are provided, to take the chill off this room.
