The fine print
Charles House will not accommodate any guests under the age of 16. When booking for 3 rooms or more, a deposit of 10% will be taken on booking. Please note that the digital pin to access the mian building and your booked Guest Room is sent 48 hours before check-in. The guest house is unattended, but the owner is only a short distance away if required. Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs can be accessed once the pre arrival form has been completed, along with lots of other useful information.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Very clean . Everything provided that needed (although would have appreciated some milk in fridge for 1st night - or even some small sachets). Furniture and fittings of originally very high standard but becoming a little frayed at edges - one of bedside lamps not working, some sort of long board hanging at angle on strings over window for some reason, door knob on outside door loose and a very yellow plastic bath mat rolled up next to shower which I didn't want to touch let alone use.
