The Nespresso machine didn’t work and wasn’t cleaned as it still had a used pod inside so cleaning staff never checked it properly… someone else’s hair was on the wall of the shower which I found unacceptable… and when I wanted to leave the premises at 12:30 to go and buy some more water the gates were locked and the security was nowhere to be found … even after hooting twice which I know it says not to do but I was trying to get the security’s attention…. What if it was the other way around and I had gone out and only got back late and couldn’t get back in…
