- Some excellent staff. All very friendly - specifically Memory on the front desk. She was extremely helpful with any questions I had and helped to arrange a day trip for me. - the Shuttle driver was also great. He drove me to an activity in the morning and waited there for 2 hours to bring me back. Great service. - the hotel itself in the reception / dining areas is very modern and well presented. - the pool area was nice and quiet. - overall selection of food for breakfast / lunch / dinner were pretty good.

24 hour reception is very convenient. Also I stayed a few days ago and the wifi was sketchy, however during this stay there were no problems at all. Perhaps had something to do with the volume of guests staying which cannot be helped
