Great location; close to Windham Mountain Cosy rooms and picturesque grounds with stunning views Within walking distance to a cafe, Italian restaurant and ski hire store Friendly staff and shuttle to the slopes (Thank you Nick!)

Lovely Hotel in Upstate NY. 5 minute ride to Windham Mountain. Love the oaky vibe in the rooms. The bedding is not my taste but its still pretty new and in nice shape. The mattress was super comfortable and of great quality. Orange bed frame in 10 years will look tacky (just thinking long term). Staff at concierge desk were great. Very helpful and full of advice. Bar, restaurant and Bakery were lovely. The fire pits were fun. Looking forward to come back in warm weather with our awesome Harry the pup.

Great rooms, pool, friendly staff. I loved the bike for free, we did a wonderful trip in windham path. Lovely. The bakery in the morning is amazing. Great coffee and pastries.

Room was ready after 5:30 I have been told to wait in the lobby and I will get a text when room is ready. After 1 hour of waiting went back to reception to check and room was ready but nobody texted me to let us know. In the morning they told me that I have to give the room by 11:00 am. After I gave the room I mention that is not fair to give it back so early when room was ready so late. The male receptionist was extremely rude and arguing that I needed to ask for late check out., Any hotel that I went was the policy to explain to the customer everything and specialy to let them know in case room is given to late that they can check out late. When I ask in the morning he said 11:00 without mentioning that a late check out without extra charge could be available.
