Breakfast was great. We had to book for time slot for breakfast before we went there and it worked well for us. The menu was good and the food was tasty. We didn't wait too long and it was a very big breakfast for small ladies like us! The room view wasn't great from our room but the view from the lounge was exceptional. We took so many photos. It was a good size for us as we don't like a big room. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast 10/10 - staff couldn't do more for you and always had a smile on their face. Location was great for both Bowness and Windermere as it's about a 15 minute walk to each. The reception staff are clued up on local walks + activities.

Location with good views of lake Windermere. Parking available. Could choose to go to Windermere or Bowness for evening meal if didn’t want to use hotel restaurant.
