Great location and very friendly people! It certainly worked for two people trying to travel on a smaller budget for some hikes around Windermere and Ambleside. I love the fact that they gave ground coffee and a variety of teas and everything was clean and comfortable.

Friendly and welcoming check-in, lots of info we needed to explore area. Room was excellent: lots of tea and coffee things. Bathroom very clean and equally well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay: our only regret was not staying longer, as this was just a quick exploratory visit. Many thanks.

Host was friendly and accommodating. Location was great, only 10 minutes away from Windermere station and 2 minutes from the town centre. Room was decent and had a TV and hot drink facilities.

Very great amenities and accommodative host! The room was ready for me at 10:30am and the host was right outside of the door when I arrived with radiant smiles welcoming me in! Feels like home with the clean beddings, very reasonable check out time as well. Would stay here again!
