The location was ideal. Accommodation was very good. There was no staff as it is self catering. Would visit again as ideal for family reunion

Lots of character and period charm . But still had a homely feeling.. we will return to Newstead again .

Lovely house with plenty of room for all our party. Good showers and good facilities. It is about a mile walk to Bowness but it is very manageable.

It was great having an ensuite in every room and plenty of seating for everyone. Well equipped kitchen to be able to make home cooked meals for 12 people. Great service from the hosts. Location was so convenient, easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The whole house was spotless. A really great stay perfect for such a large group!
