The location is perfect, very central and close to restaurants. The bottle of fizz & chocolates on arrival were a lovely touch. The hot tub was amazing especially after long walks. The downstairs of the property is very roomy with a large comfortable bed and a boutique style bathroom. The upstairs is quite small, with a compact kitchen. There is no dishwasher or microwave due to limited space. Previous reviews mentioned the temperature of the property however we found it very cosy and warm.

Staying at mulberry was probably the best place to stay in windermere. Its location , the facilities , the attention paid to little details were immaculate . Well done Ruth

Lovely bathroom and location and host was quick to respond to issues. Appreciated we could leave luggage for a few hours in a secure spot.

It's even more beautiful than in the photos and more spacious than what i thought it would be and it felt homely. :)
