Conveniently located, cozy space and the hosts were very welcoming. Also organised a nice birthday surprise in the room with a card and Prosecco for my partner’s birthday which was a very nice touch. Would definitely come back if ever in the Lake District

Small property, very clean, plenty of tea / coffee and biscuits in the room, cooked breakfast done to perfection, the proprietor's very friendly, knowledgeable on walks around the area, also recommend restaurant's, a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.
